Statistics show that 70 percent of us suffer imposter syndrome. It\u00b4s a feeling of inadequacy or self-doubt despite evident success.<\/p>\n

The session will be led by Lisa Armelles who used to work in an advertising agency, as a PA for the Creative Department. “I saw lots of people come and go from our office, clients, presenters and TV personalities. No matter how much experience or expertise these people had I noticed nobody ever feels a hundred percent confident. This has led me to want to know more about Impostor Syndrome. I think in one way or the other, we all have it at times.”<\/p>\n

The session will start with a presentation of Pl\u00e1zida for newcomers, we’ll do a little review of the issues we’ve been dealing with and our progress. Lisa will introduce the topic and facilitate the discussion.<\/p>\n

In the end, someone from the group will volunteer to lead the next session.<\/p>\n

During the gathering will offer you a vegan snack.<\/p>\n

A high level of motivation and a will to ask for help and support and also give your best to the group.<\/p>\n
