This is a\ncompilation of the most common situations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n1.\nWhen you create a new company or product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\nIn\nthe world we live in, it&#8217;s almost never enough to merely have an\nexcellent product or do something very well. Independently of the\nsector you&#8217;re part of, and while we invent a new reality in which\ncompetition will no longer be needed, you will have to make your way\nand gain the client&#8217;s attention, in order to mean something relevant\nfor her. Your client needs to know right from the beginning who you\nare, how you express yourself, and what you&#8217;ve come to tell the world\nthat others can&#8217;t tell. This is the first step for you to gain some\nspace in her mind and heart. Even if you&#8217;re inventing a new category,\nit&#8217;s necessary to distill your essence, internalise it appropriately\nand transmit it with all the means at your disposal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n2.\nWhen you decide to invest in your brand<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\nIf,\nat the time you created your company, you decided to save some bucks\nin the initial moments, when expenses abounded and resources were\nscarce, you can resort to a branding consultancy later on, when your\nbusiness is starting to become profitable and you feel the need to\ngain more attention. In fact, as I commented in a&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.grasp.es\/en\/weblog\/doing-things-right-begin\">previous\npost<\/a>,\nit&#8217;s often this reinvention moment that is the most critical, as the\ncompany will need to adequately define its identity strategy and\npolish its contact points with its target audience in order to create\nthe desired experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n3.\nWhen you want to change your professional life<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThis\nis the moment to invest time and energy to discover who you are, to\ngrow on your strengths, to identify your values, to establish what a\nsuccessful life would mean to you, and to start a professional life\nthat allows you to grow. Those who know me, know that I believe that\na fulfilling professional life comes from growing on one&#8217;s own\nstrengths, sliding down the slope instead of climbing uphill.\nDeveloping one&#8217;s natural talent instead of forcing oneself to be good\nat something that&#8217;s too hard or too boring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n4.\nWhen the name or the logo or the visual style aren&#8217;t helping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\nThere\nare times when a hurried choice of name, logo or visual style are a\nheavy burden for a company&#8217;s advance, or mean high advertising costs\nto communicate what isn&#8217;t instantly perceived. Becoming conscious of\nthe fact that a powerful idea must be easily identifiable and that\ntransmitting it in the adequate visual tone and language can be the\nfirst step before deciding to look for help from a branding\nconsultancy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\n5.\nWhen you decide to enter more demanding markets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\nWhen\nyou decide to enter a new market, you must take into account what the\ncompetitive setting is like, not just at the product level, but also\nat the brand level.
