About this session

In this time of confinement, many of us have an obligation to remain productive but it is difficult. Confinement generates constant uncertainty as we do not know what will happen next, increasing the feeling of anguish and catastrophic thoughts, even triggering depressive symptoms.

It is too early to know how the current situation is changing us, but it is important to pay attention, understand and work on our emotions, since they will be the ones that allow us to continue being creative and productive.

In this Mastermind we will share tools and techniques to manage your emotions in a healthy way so you can make good use of your time in a calm and peaceful way.

The session will be led by Elver Hinostroza, graduate in Psychology, Speaker and Coach in Neurolinguistic Programming, with more than 6 years of experience in the world of personal development.

The session will begin with a presentation by Plázida for the newcomers, we will make a small review of the topics we have been dealing with and our progress. Elver will introduce the topic and facilitate the discussion.

At the end, someone from the group will volunteer to lead the next session.
